Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow time for processing before your package is shipped. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Dikova is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
