Understanding Our Refund Policy
At Dikova, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unworn or unused
- with tags
- in its original packaging
- with the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions by email on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you are returning or exchanging an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, no longer want the product, or for any similar personal reason, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first at support@dikovas.com.
If the exchange is requested because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or prefer another item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the original item once approved, then place a separate order for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- sale items
- gift cards
- items that have been worn or used
- items without original packaging or tags

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
